Date of incident: 02/06/2022
I paid my electricity bill (Amount-3537) using BESCOM's online payment portal via QR scanner. Even though the transaction was successful (Amount debited from my account), the same did not get reflected in the portal and it still displayed an outstanding bill amount of 3537.

Desirable solution: Refund amount back to original account or process the same as bill payment.
