Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — power cuts

I m staying in dream paradise layout basapura bangalore and here power cuts became regular part of life and it is not for one or two hours it is for more than 10hrs. I m wondering that i realised i m staying in such a city where everything is possible with electricity. Please understand that citizens are facing troubles because here elders ladies present women children every body are facing very critical trouble and today there is power and it is midnight how sad to stay in such city.
