Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Wrong calculations for the bill | |||||
My bescom account no is [protected]. I have not received the printed bill for the month of march 2017. When i checked online, the bill is shown as rs6539. My average monthly bill is in between rs850 to rs1150. There is some wrong calculations for this month. Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful. I am staying in the apartment and as per our care taker, the person came to generate the electricity bill on 10th march 2017 has entered wrong meter reading which results in high amount. Tree is growing over the transformers and electricity wires and growing over the house to be pruned. West cliff Keshavaraj Lay out 3rd cross Cambridge road Halasuru. Yesterday one huge branch fell and still lying on the house gate and road.

Two times I have put a complaint for this issue. But no response. This month the bill is huge and we didn't use electricity so much. No response received from electricity board regarding same. Please assist!
