Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — sparks and noise coming from current pole opposite to my home/apartment

Sir,
Opposite my apartment there is a current pole which is giving lot of sparks and continuously producing lot of sounds (24 x 7). I am mainly worried about safety (What uf it blasts). I have complained in whatsapp, no action taken. Called 1912, it never connected. Spoke to ae, no action taken... Dont know whom to complain...
