We are 15 families currently living in the apartment. Out of 92 flats - 32 flats are sold by builder. All 32 flat owners are paying their monthly bills on time, even then, BESCOM is disconnecting the power supply to the entire building because of empty or disputed flats electricity bill not paid. This puts all the other resident, genuine customers, for no fault into trouble. Is it right on the part of BESCOM to disconnect the power supply of the customers who clears their bills on time, every time?
We need immediate attention on this issue.
