I live in eshwara layout indira nagar, and the lane i live in has frequent and unscheduled power cuts. As i'm a working person living alone i don't know what it is like on weekdays but weekend is pretty bad. There is power cut for 3-5 hours with no prior notice and as i only have weekend yo do all household chores it's real problematic.

On top of that my bill is so high it makes no sense. I hardly use any power on weekdays and with the duration of power cuts we have on weekends i'm not sure why i get such high bills.

When you call bescom they say load shedding / incoming station repair. How many repairs are needed in a months time? Is the apparatus so bad. If this is the condition of a city what are the villages like in the state i'm thinking.

There are 2 transformers in front of the site . 2 transformers are in matter of 100 meters . Please help in shifting one transformer as per policy .

Since from more than 5 hours there is a power cut from past one week who is the responsible person I don't know.. I am trying to call bescom customer care number 1912 worst service n other number switch off this is the service provided by Bescom to people???
