Today I had a bad experience at BETL Elecronic City Hosur Road tollgate. I was travelling from Erode to Silkboard. When I reached the barrier, the display suddenly flashed "Blacklisted" and refused to open. I told the attendant that my Fastag was active and valid and same was working in all other 5 tollgates. The attendant felt there may be inadequate balance in Paytm. I checked the balance in Paytm app and sufficient balance was there and Fastag showed ACTIVE. But still i was forced to pay Rs 120 which is double. This problem needs to be investigated by BETL Technical Team and sorted out. My car number is KA03MR 1995 and it seems like a repeated as i have noticed similar complaints already submitted by other users Was this information helpful? |
