Updated by G R Parvati I travelled in bus no 15g from shastry bakery stop to majestic. I gave ₹50 note for a se citizen fare of ₹15. Conductor returned ₹5 & said he would give ₹30 at majestic. While alighting i had a leg cramp
I forgot to ask for change due to pain. I have the ticket with me and i have sent picture shots of the bus ticket as attachments to this complaint.
It is my earnest request as senior citizen to you to kindly help in getting back the balance amount from the concerned conductor of the trip. Thank you
I had made the above complaint and attached the image of the ticket as well.
But on April 16th there was the following message

Same day I sent the following message along with the ticket images attached and subsequently sent another reminder on April 18th
But till date no further action has been taken in this regard. Please help.
