Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — BMTC bus pass issuing authorities not doing their duty.

I have been trying to get my Student Bus Pass done for the past 1 week, The issuing BMTC officials at Yelahanka Old Town Bus Station have been very rude, The first time I went to the office, they told me that the they will not issue the passes after 3 PM, as far as I know every BMTC employee is supposed to work until 5 PM. Me being a college student cannot be free until 4 PM. So for the second time I went(at 11 AM), they told the application I submitted was an outdated one(which apparently was taken from their own website Link: http://www.mybmtc.com/sites/default/files/student%20pass%20application%20format.pdf), and they gave me a new application, which turns out about to be the same application with different formatting. So I have to wait for 1 more week to submit the so called "NEW" application and get my pass done, HOPEFULLY!!
