Fwd: bmtc[protected]nq9b student presence Sir, 1. Please refer trail mail which was issued by you for renewal. 2. I took an appointment at yelahanka[protected] h today. 3. Mr r prasad sitting at this counter insists on print out of bmtc approval and does not accept it on mobile phone. Why can't you accept it on e copy on mobile? 4. He says, above pass is for initial issue, so student's presence is mandatory. I had applied for renewal of pass. This confusion is created by you. Even if there is difference in amount to pay as of initial issue and which is more than renewal fees, why is it that you have a policy of student's presence mandatory. There is no ambiguity that only a student with a bmtc pass would travel and not any person who collects it. 5. I think you people need to change your thinking in this regard and make it more user friendly. 6. I am ex defence, group captain. Even talking to my colleague, classmate shri s kalsad, chief secretary cm karnataka, did not help since, your bmtc person mr r prasad was merely following rules as per policy set by you. 7. Request call back [protected] or give me feedback. Change above pass from initial to renewal so that i don't face similar problems again. 8. Request acknowledge please.
