I had recently gone to the shivajinagar bus station to make my smart card as a student on august 4th, hoping that they would make it and provide the card but the people should seriously be taken care of as to being carelessly providing customer support. I went there in a hurry to make my card but there careless and useless people, just kept talking to their other colleagues and friends instead of taking care of the situation. I have waited for about 50 minutes in the que and still nobody cares about it when we i went to them and asked they said to come back the next month again, what sort of service is this? Some people said that i the server is down but they could have informed immediately but these people are careless, they said ghat you must just get the token for the smartcard but these people are so jobless and cunningi hereby request you to take serious action on them.
