Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — conductor forced me to buy ticket and scolded me in front of other people even when i had student pass with me

I was traveling from majestic (Transit station) to mattikkere. I showed my student pass and college id. But there is no address option in my college id. I told him that i will show him my application receipt but he started scolding me for not having my address in my id card and threatened me that he will make me get out of the bus. He forced me to buy the ticket eventhough i had the student pass and in my application it is written clearly that i can travel from college to mattikkere with majestic as my transit station. The bus number is ka01fa2003. Depot 08. Date of travel: march 7 2020. From kbs to mattikkere. Time: 4pm
