Driver was driving the bus so slow even a man can walk and pass by. People goes to office and had their timings but due to the driver everyone will be late to their work. Same thing happened with me i was late because of the driver and when i arrived at my stop the driver was busy chatting with conductor and did not open the door for me to get down. When i told him why are you not opening the door, he shouted at me and pulled his hand out to hit me from the driver's window. It is very shameful to being a government employee and having so much of duty for the passengers he was supposed to behave politely and not hit any passengers. I thought of complaining against him to the police but instead i am writing to you so that these kind of situations comes to your notice. Kindly look into the matter and take legal action against it. Talking politely is fine but why he raised his hand to hit me.Who gave him writes to do that when its his fault. And I don't understand why the drivers ride the buses so slow when everyone on it has to reach their work places in time.And when someone ask about it they make the bus more slow and starts abusing passengers. Why such kind of abusiveness we will tolerate? According to the Indian constitution a customer has the right to ask the same as we are paying to reach our destinations in time.
