[Resolved]  Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — extension of 1st puc students pass upto june 30

I travelled in 507 a today { may 14 2018}.
Last week in numerous newspaper, i got noticed about the bus pass extension of 2017 to 2018 {2017 june to 2018 march} extended upto june month of 2018. And i've been using my old pass as per the info i got, carrying my 2nd puc id card and fees receipt everyday. I was allowed for 3 days and today the conductor has denied to accept the pass telling he never got noticed about this and he refuses to accept it. What is happening to our fellow bus employees?. Please take a strict action and confirm whether we are at our liberty to use the last years pass upto june until we get our new pass done. It's my humble request

BMTC Regrets the inconvenience caused this is to inform you that you can use the last year pass upto june-2018 further pl provide the vehicle registration no and time of incident to identify the crew and to take action .

Yes I would like to update my information regarding the bus number but sadly I don't remember the bus reg.no. but again today ( May 16 2018 I was once again denied my pass {507} But this bus goes to Gorguntepalya and then jalahalli cross . So I wanted to use my pass from hebbal to BEL circle and then change my bus from BeL to Jalahalli cross through Gangamma circle route. But the conductordenied saying he will accept the pass until he needs a proof. I had all the required documents along my pass . When I wanted to call the BMTC helpline, he denied saying he won't allow and forced me to take a ticket as he said I was "wasting his time". This is bad and not justified. I don't know what he meant by proof. I had my College fee receipt and ID card . The bus reg.no is { KA-57-F-3534} please take the required action. It's my humble request . And renanounnce the usage of last year pass's extension . Thank you.

As per ticket copy provided by you the vehicle no (ka-57 F 0541)is different form the one which you have mention in your complaint (KA-57 F 3534)so pl conform the vehicle no to identify the crew and to take action and pl provide your contact no to clear doubt.

A gold chain and a purse was stolen in the bus KA57F1940 on[protected], 15:07.

The theft happened while I was standing in the front portion of the bus next to the driver. The bus was a bit crowded.

Hello sir/madam this is kiran studying 3 year MBBS, my regular student pass validity is upto june 30 nd is the extension of bus pass is applicable for professional course
