[Resolved]  Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Forced to buy tickets in spite of having student's pass

I have a student's pass to travel from Indiranagar to Ganesh Bhavan where my college is located. The pass indicates change over at KR Market. On 16th Sept 2016, 8:00am I boarded the 314M (Bus No. KA 8600) bus which goes directly from Indiranagar to Ganesh Bhavan. The conductor forced me to buy tickets since it does not go through K R Market even though the originating point and the destination point is the same. I strongly feel this is not correct.
