Bus conductor charged me 20 rupees and did not returned me the change after giving a ticket of 12 rupees and when i argued the conductor left hand on me and was challenging me for what i can do. Being a student i can not do anything because i do not want any bad thing happen which may affect my career.so i came out of the situation silently... I am a pregnant woman used to travel from bellandur to whitefield in 500 c volvo. Many times I wont get seat. Even sometimes I asked lady conductor for the seat but they looks up and down and it is irritating like anything.
I request BMTC to reserve a seat for pregnant women in bus.
