Sir/ madam I would like to bring to your notice about misconduct of your employee (Conductor) of route no 201 m/8, ordinary, depot 06, bus no ka57 f0047. Today (07.05.2016) i boarded this bus at raggi gudda at 3 50 pm. To police station indiranagar (Kfc stop). I was a first time traveler in this route. Before kfc bus stop there is a signal and the conductor wanted us to get off the bus there only. People who wanted got down but i told him politely that i would like to get down at the bus stop as its much further. He got pissed off at this and said sit inside in singular (Holage hogi kuthko). The signal went on for a second time as it was a long one and with all due respect i asked him where is the bus stop is (As the signal continued for the second time i couldn't locate the bus station) and this conductor started shouting at me saying that its not the work of the conductor to inform the passengers where the bus stop is, he used singular language. All this only cause i said that i will get down at the bus stop and not in signal. I am a responsible doctor and a female passenger. The way the conductor spoke was a total harassment in public and i request you to take strict action for this misconduct. Such aggressive and misbehaved people are not safe public servants. Please teach your staff as to how they should to behave with commuters specially women. I have his photo too clicked for further reference and also a complaint lodge through bmtc customer care. Someone has stolen my BMTC bus pass of 2300 with my id card. How to get a duplicate. I used that only for 6 days in this month(May 2016). Please help to get a duplicate pass
BMTC — G4 bus frequency
There is very less g4 bus in the route it is hard for the public to travel as all the buses are crowded every time due to less buses and we have to wait 40 minutes for one bus. Please look into the matter49%
