Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Request for refund , excess payment of 340rs instead of 34rs

I am writing to bring to your attention on accidental overpayment made during bus fare transaction, silk board to electronic city via 356CW.

On 17june 2025, I intended to pay 34rs for my bus fare but mistakenly transferred 340rs via upi.
Below are the details of transaction

Date and time : 17june 2025 at 12:33 pm
Bus route/number: 356CW, ka57f3184
Transaction id:[protected]
Payment method: imobile app upi
Amount paid : 340rs
Intended amount :34 rs

I kindly request your assistance in initiating the transaction refund of 306rs . i have attached the screenshot of transaction for reference
