I am writing to formally request the refund of the remaining balance from my ticket purchase on a BMTC bus. On[protected], I traveled from KR Puram Railway Station to Agara Junction and purchased a ticket from the conductor. The ticket price was ₹24, and I handed over ₹100 for payment. However, I did not receive the remaining balance of ₹76.

Despite reminding the conductor, the amount was not returned. Below are the details of my journey for your reference:
