Hi,
Kindly provide the exact return routes taken by kia-4 and kia-6.
Sometimes the buses pass in front of canara bank on millers road straight towards coles road, opp the mosque and sometimes the buses take the nandidurga extension road taking a right turn to coles road.
Kindly provide the exact route as the bus does not stop for customers to board even at designated stops.

Updated by Nat52 On 17.10.2019, I boarded the bus KIA-4 at 9:00 AM from HAL to the airport and my stop was Nandidurga road, the conductor and driver both were rude and made me get off the bus right in the middle of traffic in front of the Mosque.
When I said I ll get down on the other side, both of them started speaking very rudely.
They never return the change properly specially 1 and 2 rupees.
Have been calling the toll free number but it’s never answered.
Someone please resolve this
