I travel to work using the volvo service from byappanahalli to prestige shantiniketan 3-4 times a week. Since i work from 1 pm to 9 pm, i board the bus around 12-12:15 from byappanahalli metro station. Ka 01f 3956 Even though there is a bus stop at prestige shantiniketan, the driver refuses to stop and argues with me saying there is no bus stop there. This has happened multiple times and both the conductor and bus driver take advantage of people and stop only when they want to. Even though i requested them to stop, they started arguing rudely and did not stop. Please take necessary action. Already a lot of people are fed up of the service as both drivers and conductors misbehave plus tickets are not issued for short distances by them. Was this information helpful? | |||
