This is regarding a online order for flowers ordered and guaranteed to be delivered on the 14th.
This order was not delivered and when contacting the customer care they said it's already been delivered. I just got a call from the delivery boy only today[protected], saying he just got the order for delivery. The customer care has update me with wrong information. They are not ready for refund.
