My sister sent a bouquet for me yesterday (1.12.21). It said I'll be receiving the product in 3 hours. Leave aside 3 hours, I didn't receive the product even after 24 hours.
Added to that, they have deliberately given an improper number, which is switched off since yesterday.
These people are absolute scamsters. Bluffing openly on online platform to fool people into giving them money....

This is regarding a online order for flowers ordered and guaranteed to be delivered on the 14th. This order was not delivered and when contacting the customer care they said it's already been delivered. I just got a call from the delivery boy only today[protected], saying he just got the order for delivery. The customer care has update me with wrong information. They are not ready for refund....
