I had applied to shift my Broadband connection with Telephone line on the 11th Sept 2015 from KR Puram exchange to Brookefields exchange. Not shifted till date as the area lineman, I understand has a problem in his house- to be precise his wife is unwell. My Broadband which is useful for my business is lying sick because the lineman's wife is sick.
Is this a Corporate Organization at work, or some shady company trying to save some quick bucks by delaying the connection, as the compensation for non connection is never paid (All knows that). In today's customer centric approach, will BSNL survive, from quick demise.
