Non refund of my deposit

My land line BSNL phone no[protected] was discontinued in Feb 2020 and i had submitted my application along with a cancelled CQ of my bank. The refund amount is Rs2550/ or so after adjusting the last bill.

It has taken over one year to settle from BSNL. hence this complaint is lodged...

Broadband not connected

I had applied to shift my Broadband connection with Telephone line on the 11th Sept 2015 from KR Puram exchange to Brookefields exchange. Not shifted till date as the area lineman, I understand has a problem in his house- to be precise his wife is unwell. My Broadband which is useful for my business is lying sick because the lineman's wife is sick. Is this a Corporate Organization at work, or some shady company trying to save some quick...

Restoration of broadband service

I am having the land line telephone bearing No. 080/25454944. I am requesting for restoration of the broadband service which was disconnected in the month of December 2011 on my request.

not attending the complaint

Dead Phone and Broad Band

When my landline was cross connected to one of TATA Indicom landline, I had registered a complaint on 23 Jan. They took almost 10 days to rectify the problem. This too, after twice I visted thier office (IIM-B exchange), complained to higher authorities including DDG (PG) Delhi. Sorry to say that, during those10 days, they never attended the problem even for once, for their own reasons. During these period, all the TATA calls were accessible...
