Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Amount deducted but still showing as yet to be paid.

I've paid the water bill online, but I've not received any acknowledgment after the paymet. It's still showing as it is yet to be paid. The amount is deducted from my bank account. My RR number is S-202580.
