[Resolved]  Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Sewage water from neighbor house - Health Issues

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is regarding Drainage water oozing to Our house from the Neighbor's house for the past seven days, we have been complaining about this to them to fix it asap, but they are not taking this matter seriously. We have old people staying at home who have health issues, and due to this pungent smell, they are unable to eat food and nauseate the entire day.

I have attached a video and photo. This is the entrance of our house, and the grill is the compound between two buildings. You can see stagnant sewage water and faeces, due to which we are getting a strong odour.

There have many incidents of this in just one year.

I strongly recommend levying a hefty penalty on the owner of this house, and I am ready to follow the formalities.

Appreciate your attention in this regard.
