Hi Sir, There is an overflowing sewage on the road n Bachappa layout 1st main, B.narayanapura since 15 days. It would be nice if you could repair it as soon as possible to avoid any kind of accidents. The water is flowing on the road causing inconvenience to all the commuters and nearby residents. This is in the 1st main road, bachappa layout, B.narayanapura, Banagalor-560016

This issue still not resolved. Drainage water flow on the road causes problems to the people. @bwssb please resolve the issue asap

Since 23rd July there is no water supply to my house and also to a few of the houses in our street. Few houses are getting water at very low pressure. When enquired with the valve man there seems to be some water leakage near 11th Cross road 29th Main BTM 2nd Stage and water is being wasted there and hence there is no water supply to the house. Have logged a complaint 20018316 through Namma Bengaluru app on 26th July and also called the JE and made the complaint over phone. Had logged one more complaint BWSSB[protected] at the BWSSB site. Also called the call center 1916 to escalate. But there is no action yet Tried calling AE and JE again today 29th July but no response Don't have water supply for past 10 days around and lot of water is being sent down the drain and wasted. Request to get the leak fixed and restore the water supply.

BWSSB has taken up replacing the sanitary line at Gayatri nagar, while digging the have broken the water connections to neighours around Balmuri Ganapathi temple on 11th main, D block, Rajajinagar, which affected water supply in the locality. Please immediately fix the broken connections asap.

Also request to arrange for tanker water supply till the connections are restored and regular water supply is available ...it could for 2-3 days.

Appreciate the quick support.

MY RR # is: SE139697 in the name of Mathias. I am a domestic user of BWSSB's services.
The Bill number is SE[protected], Amount paid is Rs. 785
This amount is NOT credited in July's Bill Statement. Instead it shows as arrears in this Bill.
Pls see attached online receipt of the transaction.
Pls make sure the matter is set right at the earliest.

But again it has opened up and losing danger to the vehicle users
Immediate attention to b paid and this portion to b closed and asphalted simultaneously.

I was asked 12000 just to convert from non domestic to domestic.. the area was just 300sqft and had only 1 floor.. they were like the hosue is now 2 floors including terrace u need to pay 12000 … how can they ask us to pay so much without explaining how it can so much for a very little place… two hundred times they call in a day to get the payment done so that all the process happens in 1 day..

Hello sir, i live in bamboo bazaar area in Shivaji Nagar. This is a complaint against the officer who is in charge of water connection. Earlier the water used to come every alternate day without any interruption. Nowadays even if he opens its only for a few hours. And when we complain he says its our fault. We need to save water. Although there have been no official record of water shortage, yet this person is denying us the basic right of water.

The sewage chamber at Nadakerappa Industrial Estate, Off Andrahalli Main road, has been overflowing for 2 months, repeated complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

The stench around is unbelievable at times, as the flow is across the road, the bikers falling into the ditch are countless, the only thing we could do is show a pity face on them, as they have fallen into sewage, nobody around goes to help them.

There are no proper roads in this industrial layout, and on that, these are kind of bonus what we receive for the taxes paid.

I hope somebody in the concerned team reads this complaint and has some sympathy for the people of this layout and rectifies this issue.
It's a serious nightmare.
