I live in Sector 5, J.N.V. Colony, Bikaner. I have a complaint regarding the garbage pick-up van. Below are my issues:
1. The garbage pick-up van has not come for 3-4 days
2. The garbage pick-up van has no schedule / timing. It is not practically feasible for us to sit outside all the time to check on the pick-up van.
3. It does not come on daily basis
4. It does not stop at every home to...

We are facing alot of disturbance due to Street dogs nowadays in our line as they make very noise and cry at night and so we are exosted now .so I request you to plzz look toward this matter and to take a action as soon as possible...

Since 2-3 year we facing a problem with sevrage water infront of my house . last 3 years ago there was a workdone of sevrage line after that there is no work done of road and open naliya . All the roads are damage not repair by any one .In the season of rain and over flow of sevrage there water is stop infront of every house and no one cant walk easily to cross the road some of our neighbours put some sand infront of there door to avoid water...

It's to bad to say that drainage is so bad people can't walk near road itself.
People can't stay 1second near by drainage (nali) . So kindly solve the problem and take the action of cleaning.

I'm Sub inspector is border security force, i can't be live longer in my home town so please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.
Right now I'm residing Gali no. 12, Govind niwas Choukhuti, Bikaner.
Some years ago on railway crossing at chounkhuti fatak, a cemented overbridge was constructed, but at the east side at the entrance of bridge service lane is still blocked, we have complaint many times but but problem is still the same.
More the 1000 of house is still not connected directly to the main road, even a car could not be go to the towards the bridge, so kindly do some action and solve the problem, we have waited for so much time now.

Due to no sewer line facility in my area, people are bearing lots of problem.
Sewer line is basic facility to be provided to residence which is still not provided after so many years. Hope you will take this seriously and work hard to gain faith of public.

I have lodged a complaint vide complaint ID No. ID: 3341056 on 26th Oct. 2022 but despite lapse countable period of 5 days still my complaint lying unresolved.
Please look in the matter and arrange to resolve the same immediately.

Sewer line chocked please arrange to clear the same.

I would like to inform you that the garbage recycle bins are not installed at most locations in our city and due to which people keep dumping the garbage on roadside. This garbage could be a center for numerous insects and diseases to breed. This is somehow becoming a matter of concern for the residents. It is therefore requested to kindly install garbage bins that will help in avoiding the littering done by people.

When recycle bins and recycling systems are not available, even collecting garbage on daily basis is of little importance, because this would only mean transporting waste form one place to another and eventually disposing it in dumping pits which is hazardous for soil health and causes pollution. Therefore installing recycle bins at various places, especially places like theatres, schools, public parks, etc., where people are seen at all times would ensure proper disposal of garbage and protection of environment thereby making a little contribution to avoid the impending dangers of global warming.

I would like to make my contribution by organizing clean up drives with my friends to ensure disposal of waste but for that we need proper disposal systems i.e., recycle bins.

I hopw you will soon take necessary steps in making proper arrangements for eco friendly disposal of garbage.

The street is full of dog pee everyday and the sweeper does not clean the street regularly even after daily verbal requests with folded hands. Also the sweeper is having so much attitude that she replies “MERA DIMAG KHARAB MAT KARA KARO” Also we have raised the issue with the JAMADAR many times but he also favours the sweeper and we are forced to get our street clean by private sweeper. Kindly arrange proper resolution of the request so that the “SWACHCH BHARAT MISSION” gets implemented in true spirit.
In case of no action in this week, we will be force to submit our complaint to CMO.

Please note that Sewer line connection for my home is not done. My home is in Brahmano Ka mohalla, Near Hari Ram Mandir, Bhinasar. Request you to take urgent action to connect the sewer line with my house.

I requested to fitted the street lights on newly fitted poles at near my residence B-18, karni Nagar Lalgarh bikaner, their is some of 6-7 newly fitted poles where street lights not fitted on them and lights are not available at night, so resolved my problem, my mobile no is [protected]

Service Road of the bridge which is made on railway track near choukhuti mohalla on old gainer road, service Roads is not yet constructed due to this we face problems to get our vehicles under the bridge to our houses...so please accept my complaint and removed un authorised constitution near service lane.

There was a park in the colony in Udasar Defense Colony which is passed or mentioned by UIT some people have occupied and started plotting there and have also erected a temple there and the rest of the plots are being sold.Those people who had taken plot here 10 to 15 years ago and that time the value of those plots was high and the person had invested the money, now .they are getting very upset and mentally disturbed. Nor is anyone listening to them. Here plots are being cut illegally.
The people around the park have also occupied a little area of the park.
There are many people involved in this. This is request to you, please take action on this and get it checked.
