Dear Sir,

I have surrendered the subject RR to BWSSB during 2017. and thereafter demolished the building. From 2017 to 2020, it way laying vacant property.

We have started construction of apartment in the subject site in 2020 and now it is in completion stage in 2022. Still we have not obtained the cauvery connection for the new building.

From last month I am surprised to see a bill of Rs.10,...

The billing guy was a new person. He typed the meter number in bill and got bill generated wrongly with water charges Rs.210 and Borewell charges Rs.500, but We do not have any borewell at our house at all. The sewage is blocked on the road in front of my house. The bad smell is coming since two months. The sewage is continuously flowing on the road casing inconvenience for all residence.
I have attached a video of this problem. I request your good selves, to help clear the sewage at the earliest....

This is to inform you that, we are facing water shortage problems in our locality. We are getting water supply only one day a week i.e on Monday which is insufficient for all the residents. Timings 9 AM - 5 PM is when we get water. It is very slow and does not even fill 5000 litres Underground...

Dear sir/madam,
With reference to the above, last month and this month I have been recieving a bill amount of RS 900 even though I am the only one staying in this whole building. The ground floor house has been vacant for the last four months.
Kindly look into the issue and reduce the amount.

Water is leaking from underground on the road continuously and is getting wasted....

We were having water supply issues intermittently until last year 2021 when after several verbal complaints from many people there was a new valve installed which resolved the issue to a great extent.

However, since 1 month after change in valveman due to illness of the existing valveman, the water supply has been quite irregular and also insufficient.

I do not think it is a water scarcity issue. We are residents...

We are having serious water shortage from January 2022, Our street receives water for 2 days on Wed and Sat. Most of the time we dont receive water on Wednesday. Like today 16 feb we have not received water from bwssb.

Most o[censored]s load water tankers for our daily use. Is there really water shortage or is it really a lack of management from water authorities....

Water supply is not available for our house from past 10 days.
Even though we are paying bills correctly on time, this is a repetitive issue for us.
Request you to please help us in proper water supply.

There is No Water Supply at 3rd Cross, 1st block, Akshya Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore 560016 for the past many days. Pl. look into the issue and resolve the issue....

We are only 2 adults in the house.

Consumption of water as per bill is 73000 ltrs which is crazy/impossible

Pls support and replace Water...

Generally we used to get a Consumption of 55000 to 60000 ltrs for 4 houses in our Building, but this has exactly doubled last month to 120000 ltrs, without any reason.Please depute your staff for evaluation and rectification of the same....

My domestic meter was automatically changed to non-domestic meter last month as we are constructing a first floor. The connection is now non-domestic. I was told I need not apply anymore.

Last week the bwssb official said the meter is damaged and we have to pay Rs. 12000 for a new meter. I asked why so high. He said it was because we had a temp new connection.

Do I have to pay Rs. 12, 000? This is a temporary...

Please remove drunkard Jayappa from the job, he’s not doing his job properly and there’s no water supply, he will be slept drunk....

The main sewage connection from the layout to main pipe outside the layout is pending past many years.even after several complaints to Bwssb chairman, Engineers, the issue is not taken up on high priority.every now and then there is drain blockage and we need to call for Kambi.this is pathetic and almost a very common scenario in the layout.this is already brought to the notice of MLA, corporator.very soon it will be brought to the notice...

Dear sir,
We are not getting sufficient water for household purposes. Only 2 hours comes for week and that to not much force . Not even getting 2k liters for a 4 member’s family. Every week has problem and need to follow up water releasing or not every week. Struggling to cope up minimum daily needs at homes.
