There is no water supply since last two days. There was new water supply pipe laid few days back. Yesterday water pressure was very less and water was supplied only for few hours, today there was no water supply. BWSSB officials not responding....

We are facing water supply issue from past 4 weeks. When we asked for the same, supplier told there is some motor issue. We are using tanker water since 4 weeks. How long it will take to resolve this. Please take serious action against this and solve this as soon as possible.

There is irregular water supply.. the wall man is tied up with the tanker boys this is the main reason the water supply is not regular.. every alternative week or just after few days he wil give reasons as there is problem in the main side.. I would request you to solve our issue all the residents of sultan palya Khb main road 7th cross r facing this issue..

Respected Sir,
have raised multiple complaints for improper Kaaveri water supply being issued by the OMBR layout pump house, we get water twice a week and very little is released. They allow water supply for 2 hours and is very slow we do not get sufficient....

For the first four months the new pipe from the water from outside to the house has been leaking non stop 24hours. it is a total waste of resources even though it does not reflect on our meter. Even on calling the person in charge multiple number of times, the problem has not been resolved please do something about it I want to raise a very strong complaint.

I have paid my bill in their online portal but it showed failed, but transaction was processed from my account. But there was no further refund done on behalf of bwssb. I have attached the transaction....

Due to choke/ blockage of external sewer line reverse flow to my house no.53, 4th cross, devegowda block, adugodi, Bangalore-560030, is causing inconvenience and health hazard. Request clearance of external sewer lines at the earliest....

In Bangalore Arehalli near Uttarahalli they given meter connection and giving us bill from November 2021 and till now no one bother about giving water facility we all in this area tired of going and asking infront of BWSSB AEE. Need your support to resolve ASAP . As we paying to government without the facility....

Sewage water gets mixed with drinking water very often in 10th main, jeevanbimanagar main road. this is causing health problems for the residents. I request the authorities concerned to kindly identify the problem and please rectify the same.

I had cancelled my ECS mandate more than 3 years ago and had been paying my bills regularly, in the online payment mode. In the last 3-4 months however, your portal does not permit payment stating 'Payment received for the billing period; the irony is it shows the date of payment this month as 27 Jan 2022 and today's date is 17 Jan 2022.

Kindly record the ECS as cancelled in your system - the necessary letter was submitted...

This is to inform you that water supplied from BWSSB to BAGALAGUNTE (NH4 Sub division, Bengaluru 73) is found with very high chlorine concentration in water from previous & today's water supply.
Kind request to take necessary action & immediate rectification & ensure for controlled chlorine concentration in water prior to water supplies as it seriously affects human health....

Whenever it rains, water enters our building through our basement walls. We have no idea from where it is coming. Our building foundation is getting weak because of this. We request to send your technician to inspect it....
