There is no free flow of sewage .it seems, there is some blockage in the bwssb line.we had this problem 3 times in the past 3 months and it was temporarily rectified by cleaning the sewage pit within our premises.
we had even telephoned phone number 1916 of BWSSB on 23rd jan 2022 and furnished RR no and the mobile number .but nothing has been heard sofar.even reminded on 24th y'day as well but no proper response .
we would request for an early attending to the problem.

I request you to look into this matter and resolve our problem as water is the basic necessity so at times when you leave the water some guys in our resident are using the motors and the same time we can't able to manage our water requirement so I request you to increase the water flow speed.our resident is yarabnagar 3rd cross 3rd main near masjid e quba we would be helpful if you do this needful thanks a lot

My water meter is faulty and not giving correct reading from last 8-9 months. As a result my water bill more than Rs.2600/- which is very very high. I complained 4 times in the BWSSB portal but every time the complaint has been closed without any resolution.

Therefore we request you to please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest. The details is as under:
RR No.: SE324147. The address is : 16th Cross, 21st main, vanaganahalli, HSR Layout, Sector-1 Bangalore-560102.

I hope this time my issue will be resoloved.

We comprising four houses in Bellandur, next to sri venkateswara temple, taken kaveri water connection after paying prescribed charges, in the beginning we were getting adequate water supply but now all of sudden water supply is completely stopped without any reason. Inspite of regular complaints and follow up, the problem is not set right. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Sir we have a grivience towards BWSSB sanitary work.
The sanitary pipes have been layed inside the site of a private property and is taken out from the other end and connected to the manhole in the other road, we have filed a written complaint also in the bwssb office past 1 year back, still the work is not processed we the residents in our lane are facing problem daily, hence the site owner in which the sanitary pipes are laid in his site is removing the pipes so he has to construct his house, I request the concerned authorities to please take to the notice and do the needful.

There is irregular water supply.. the wall man is tied up with the tanker boys this is the main reason the water supply is not regular.. every alternative week or just after few days he wil give reasons as there is problem in the main side.. I request to change the area wall man And appoint a new person.. this guy is with the water tankers boys and sharing the profit and not opening the water wall .. this issue is not solved.. bwssb ur watsapp number is also not active and no reply on that number

have raised multiple complaints for improper Kaaveri water supply being issued by the OMBR layout pump house, we get water twice a week and very little is released. They allow water supply for 2 hours and is very slow we do not get sufficient.

For the first four months the new pipe from the water from outside to the house has been leaking non stop 24hours. it is a total waste of resources even though it does not reflect on our meter. Even on calling the person in charge multiple number of times, the problem has not been resolved please do something about it I want to raise a very strong complaint.
