Dear sir/madam,

I would like to inform you, as i had paid the water bill amount of Rs.700 through online on 13th October 2020.

The amount has been debited from my account however the paid amount hasn't been reflected/ updated in the water bill.

Please find the below payment details

Kindly look into this & fix this issue at the earliest.
