Dear sir/ madam, Pl refer earlier bwssb complain ticket id no 531519 dtd 13 02 18 the matter closed after internal official discussion of bwssb as per remark in the complain note. The bill received for the month feb payable in march also indicates "other charges". I like to know clearly what is other charges. If it is for rwh, then please indicate the rate on which it is charged. I also indicate that i constructed my house (30x41 as per record) in the year 2002.
