Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — carvery and borewell water line is not given

It's been promised that cauvery and borewell line will be given in Rahmath nagar Rt nagar post but not yet taken any action, in few cross the water line is put but water is not released on regular basis... It's more than 6months ... Please do the needful and take some action without water there is a lot of problem or let us know the reason as its not clear..
