Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Customer classification change

Submitted appication for change from commercial to Domestic in Dec'2021. Without issuing the demand note for a fee of ₹250/- Months, I was charged water bill at commercial rate till now. Only few days ago on meeting AEE of SE2 subdivision personally, I was informed of the fee and that being the reason. I have been made to pay nearly ₹2000 extra. I want BWSSB to pay back the excess paid for the lapse in service. Each month, from Jan'22 I was told that the next bill will reflect change and it never happened as promised by concerned AE.
