Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Every two days one manual overflow in front of my house | |||
Sir/madam In front of my house manual is overflowing from past three days, i gave complaint to all your landline number, pro, ae's, aee's general number but nothing happened we are having difficult to breath, eat and go out because of stinking smell and all smuck is coming out in front of my house. This problem we are facing from past 15+ years, whenever we give complaint they will send jetting machine for temporary relief but, when will this problem get solve i want to know. We usually get water bill of maximum 1600 RS. We received April bill for RS 2789 and May bill for RS. 3179. There is no way we consume so much of water for domestic purpose. There is a building construction going on in our next building from last 2 months.
Please investigate and refund the excess bill amount.
