It has been obeserved that the meter reading shows suspected & billing in execess as we are using very limited cauvery water as we are using bore water which is available in plenty due to incecent rains.

Please request you to refund the amount after taking into account the actual meter reading.

We are facing insufficiency of water as the line man in this area will not leave water properly and when requested he will use vulgar language so kindly help us . This would be a hombble request.
