Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Faulty meter reading

My RR no E-138524, sir my meter reading is incorrect, in just 1 month usage the amount is coming up to 4800 and the liters consumed is more than 1 lakh which is not correct at all. I would like to get the problem rectified at the earliest.
