Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Faulty meter, recording 4 times actual consumption

Dear Sir, Madam

This is to bring to your notice that the water meter installed in my residence is faulty and is recording 4 times the actual consumption for 4 months now. In spite of reporting/complaining about this issue to your billing agents, there has been no action from BWSSB. We are forced to pay a huge bill for the last 4 months, hope you understand the grave situation of this matter and rectify the meter at the earliest. I measured the consumption today, it was only 1500 liters, where as the meter recorded it as 5600 liters.
