Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — I'm not getting a drop of water but the bill is getting generated for a min amount of[protected] every month

Hi Sir, I'm Nagendra, 5th cross, Bhuwaneshawari layout, Munnekolala,
Marathahalli. I'm not receiving even a drop of water but the bill is getting generated every month with an amount of[protected]. i went to the BWSSB office near my locality to update the same. They asked us to check with the lineman by providing his number. This person never responds / if he responds he disconnects the call by saying "I will come tomorrow". This is not resolving me the problem. please guide me on how can I resolve the problem.
