Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — misuse of drinking water for new house construction

We are from vidyamanya nagar, andrahalli from 3rd cross. First of all we are not getting adequate water for drinking purpose but water supplier person is supplying water for house construction when we ask water supplier person he tells don't have adequate water. On what basis is he supplying water for construction purpose that too drinking water. Please take necessary action.
