Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — No Cauvery Water supply over 3 weeks

We are not getting water supply regularly in our area since 3 weeks properly they are not even supplying water even once a week it is coming only for 10 min without any force, we are all buying water in our lane, this is a problem for multiple houses in our lane.When there so much of Rain in the sate, why is water not being supplied, We are all facing lots of problem even during the Rainy season.We call all the local people they don't respond to the calls, no information is given to us.
Why are they not supplying water to our area. There is so much water in the natural source and when there is heavy rains.
