The sanitary main line of our road has been blocked, we are suffering from the pungent smell, request you to take necessary action to clear the blockage. We have called bwssb office once but they have not sent any assistance. Our house chamber is cleaned and the blockage is in the main chamber. My house is the only house on the street which does not receive the cauvery water supply . please check ASAP if there is any blockage in the line. My tanants are threatening to vacate as there is no supply and they have to buy tankers.
