Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Sewage connection not done right

When BWSSB had laid the connection pipe of the sewage line from the home, the connected it to the central sewage pipe line instead of connecting it to the man holes in the streets. Due to this connection the sewage of my home is getting clogged every two weeks.

Called BWSSB couple of times they came once took around 5k then told the connection has to done right and left. Again when we try to book a complain via 1916 they say you have write written complaint and submit to have this solved. Wrote mails as well no response. Really don't know what to do now.

Called BWSSB couple of times they came once took around 5k then told the connection to the pipe was not done properly, Seems like a T joint is there due to which it is clogging and left. Again when we try to book a complain via help centre number 1916 they say you have write written complaint and submit to have this solved. Wrote mails as well no response. Really don't know what to do now.

When observed found out the other homes around the street connection has been done to the Manhole due to which no one is facing the problem. So when the connection was made by BWSSB instead of connecting to the nearest man hole they connected directly to the main pipeline connecting the Manholes in the street.
We believe the issue can be rectified only by BWSSB and BBMP as of now since the connection needs to done outside our house compound mainly cause the problem exists at the connection point.

There fore requesting some from the concerned department to help us
