Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — sewage treatment plant creating health hazard

The Sewage Treatment Plant in Mylasandra, behind the upcoming METRO Station is not functioning as per the rules and lets out untreated sewage water back to the Vrishabhavati River with severe and unbearable stench all around which is creating health hazard to citizens living in the VIJAYASHREE layout with about 2000+ residents suffering from airbourne diseases like severe asthma and whoophing cough.
We can see pitch Black water being let out of the pipes into the drain for which We have photo`s & video`s to prove how CARELESS & bad the work is in the STP.
The smell is unbearable many times which makes us leave the house and go out of our layout and come back late in the night. Many people have already complained about this but no action has been taken till now.
Kindly look into this serious matter IMMEDIATELY before a big strike takes place to stall the works completely and raising the issue to much higher level.
