Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — sewerage blockage

The man hole and the sewerage line just in front of my house located at 430, 5th cross jrd tatanagar bangalore is blocked pushing sewerage water to my home connecting line. I am not able to use the toilets as water is not flowing out. This type of blockage repeatedly occurs & though it has been brought to the notice of bwssb no corrective action for a permanent solution appears to have been taken up. I have been suffering for about 6 years. I have been suffering from age related health problems & cardiac illness & therefore i am not able to run to their office again & again to sort out such problems

Beside street the drinking water is coming every alternate day, but not in our street, even though its same block, its 5th day today.

Also, what I see is, the valve man is roaming here across the street only and not taking our complaint that the valve is not opended and he is not helping us..

PLEASE HELP US!!
