Today the BWSSB meter reader wrongly read the meter reading as 00345 as against 00325 and billed me for 38000 ltr as against 18000 ltr.I had shown him the meter reading. But he could not issue a revised bill. However he assured that he will issue the revised bill for 18000 ltr after reaching the office. Pl send the revised bill .RR no :VS300241.
