Banggood.com — purchased smartwatch automatically cancelled but not getting refund

I had purchased the smartwatch which order id is 81917921. But its take 15 days for the delivery but after sometime its automatically cancelled and showing my money has refunded but still not refunded. I had loss a complaint in bangood website but no one has ans my question properly. He saying your amount has been refunded contact to bank. Its a crime
