I have ordered h96 max rk3318 4gb ram 64gb rom android tv box bearing order no 82208280 on the 21st of mar2020, but it was already 165 days (Above 5 months) expired, and still, i have not received my shipment. They have dispatched the order through india direct mail on 24th mar 2020 but after that no update. After that, i have contacted through chat several times with banggood customer care and also went to the nearest post office to get delivered but still i had not received any update from their end, i had already asked for the refund but they informed that they do not so. Now i have no need of this product and want get full refund.
