Order number 60360602 cancelled due to unavailability of item, but the amount not yet refunded.
Both orders placed on 19/01/19, prepaid.
Live chat is useless and they blatantly ignore any e-mails regarding refund or delivery.
I need my money back, never ordering again from such companies.
Items in order include a decorative ceiling light and a moon type table lamp

I have ordered a set of peltier modules in the name of pratyasha das, order number 61413894. Order was placed on 12 February. It has been almost 1 month and I still did not get the order. There is no proper contacting details and even if we contact them through chats, they are not responding properly.
